Adam Hollis is a relationship-focused leader with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, indirect spend management, and business development. With a unique background that includes 17 years coaching collegiate football and 15 years in the business world, Adam brings a competitive, team-oriented mindset to every professional challenge. Known for his ability to build trust, deliver tailored procurement strategies, and foster long-term partnerships, Adam consistently drives value for organizations across a wide range of industries.

Most recently Adam served as National Account Manager at TruPointe Partners, where he led indirect spend and sourcing efforts for member organizations representing over $14 billion in annual revenue.  He was responsible for all indirect spend categories which included packaging, forklifts, equipment rental, facility services, GMS, and MRO.  Adam’s leadership resulted in stronger supplier relationships, streamlined sourcing processes, and significant cost savings for his clients.

Prior to his current role, Adam was VP Business Development, where he focused on expanding the firm’s reach and strengthening its position as a trusted procurement partner. In this role, he helped organizations understand the value of strategic sourcing and laid the foundation for deeper member engagement and long-term success.

Adam also spent 17 years in various collegiate football coaching roles at Princeton, Dartmouth, Rhode Island, Chicago, and Concordia where he developed a deep understanding of leadership, communication, and team dynamics.

Adam holds a BA in Communications from University at Albany.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys watching his daughters compete in softball and golf, and he’s always up for a relaxing afternoon on the golf course.
