With a proven record of accelerating revenue, building agile teams, and delivering multi million dollar results, Thomas is a trusted change agent for Fortune 1000 organizations.

Most recently, as CEO and Owner of Sendsei Advisors, a technology advisory and sourcing firm, Thomas helped organizations make smarter decisions across critical back office operations. Leveraging a network of more than 500 trusted vendors, he guided clients in optimizing services across technology, payments, communications, and energy. Under his leadership, Sendsei delivered measurable value through technology evaluation, cost reduction, contract negotiation, and sustainable efficiency initiatives.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at OSG, Thomas led a $635M business and 1,800 employees through a major operational transformation, delivering multimillion dollar cost savings and improved service and profitability. Earlier roles as President of Microdynamics Group and EVP of OSG Financial and Business Services included $100M P&L responsibility, acquisition integration across eight organizations, and growth initiatives that exceeded revenue and EBITDA targets by more than 30%.

A graduate of the University of Iowa in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Thomas also contributes to future business leaders as a mentor for the University of Iowa’s John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, advising aspiring entrepreneurs and students on leadership, strategy, and business development.
